Janet Lynn's Bistro has been a fixture in Waterloo Region since 1985, serving signature dishes and innovative bistro fare. In the fall of 2012 Janet Lynn's Bistro was reinvented with a contemporary new location in Belmont Village and a new name: JLB.

JLB is the perfect destination any day of the week: no special occasion required. Our menu reflects our contemporary attitude with updated classics, modern flavours and homemade pizza from our stone oven. Market Fresh

We've always believed in using locally sourced ingredients in our dishes. The simple fact is that local food is fresher, tastes better and helps to support the local economy.

You'll often find JLB staff at the Kitchener Farmer's Market buying the freshest produce from tried-and-true local Ontario farmers. In fact, what we pick up at the Saturday market will inspire weekly dishes and change our menu.

It doesn't get much fresher (and tastier) than that.
